Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Goldstar Shoes purchase. Returns initiated after this period cannot be processed.

The return window begins from the date your package is delivered to your address. We recommend trying on your shoes immediately upon arrival to ensure they meet your expectations.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your Golden Goose sneakers must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn Condition: Shoes must show no signs of wear, including on soles
  • Original Packaging: All original boxes, dust bags, and tags included
  • Clean Condition: Shoes must be free from dirt, scuffs, or damage
  • Complete Set: Both shoes must be returned together
  • Original Receipt: Proof of purchase required

Important: Shoes that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use cannot be returned for hygienic and resale reasons.

Free Size Exchanges

First size exchange is free within 30 days. We'll cover both return and new shipping costs for size-related exchanges.

🚫Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Shoes worn outdoors or showing signs of wear
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items returned after 30-day window
  • Shoes without original packaging or tags
  • Damaged items not reported within 48 hours of delivery

⚠️Defective Items

If you receive defective or damaged Golden Goose sneakers:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
  • Free return shipping and expedited replacement

Manufacturing Defects: Covered under our quality guarantee. Normal wear and Golden Goose's intentional distressing are not considered defects.
